QD100-DJD Magnetic-Assisted Electric Contact Pressure Gauge
QD100-DJD combines mechanical pressure indication with upper and lower electrical contact control in a single instrument. When pressure reaches a preset limit, the contact mechanism provides a switching signal for alarms, relays or equipment control, reducing the need for a separate pressure transmitter and relay combination.
The magnetic-assisted contact mechanism provides positive switching and helps prevent contact chatter during repeated operation. It supports at least 100,000 electrical switching operations at rated load, while the mechanical pressure system is designed for at least one million pressure cycles.
The red upper-limit pointer and green lower-limit pointer provide intuitive pressure threshold setting directly on the dial. Both setpoints can be adjusted from the front using the center knob without opening the housing, simplifying on-site pressure control adjustment.
