PS-20 Mechanical Pressure Switch
PS-20 is a mechanical pressure switch designed around “Mechanical Switching Without External Power.” Purely mechanical triggering provides passive dry-contact switching without an external power supply, making it suitable for high/low-pressure alarms and pressure interlock protection. The simple mechanical operating principle also helps reduce susceptibility to electrical interference in industrial equipment.
PS-20 features an internal adjustable spring mechanism for setting the required pressure actuation point. Multiple pressure ranges from 0–400bar are available, while normally open and normally closed contacts support different control logic requirements. This allows the switch to adapt to pressure alarm, equipment start/stop and interlock applications.
PS-20 uses a piston-type sensing mechanism designed for repeated switching under pressure shock and vibration. The switch supports pressure ratings up to twice the upper range limit, burst pressure up to 900bar and a mechanical life of at least one million switching cycles. This makes it suitable for long-term pressure control in hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
