BSC Isolated Thermocouple Temperature Transmitter
Unify diverse industrial temperature signals into standard analog outputs with a single device.
The BSC isolated thermocouple temperature transmitter is engineered to accept a comprehensive range of sensor inputs, including B, E, J, K, N, R, S, and T thermocouples. In complex industrial environments such as metallurgy, chemical processing, and power generation, different temperature zones often require specific sensor materials and measurement ranges. Instead of specifying and stocking multiple converter models for each sensor type, engineers can rely on this single, versatile transmitter to convert various millivolt signals into standard, unified analog outputs.
Reduce redundant modules, save DIN rail space, and simplify cabinet wiring.
To meet diverse automation requirements, the BSC multi-channel temperature transmitter supports highly flexible channel structures, including 1-in/1-out, 1-in/2-out, and 2-in/2-out configurations. The 1-in/2-out model is particularly valuable for signal splitting applications, allowing a single critical thermocouple measurement to be simultaneously transmitted to two separate receiving devices—such as a local field display and a remote centralized control system—without signal degradation or ground loop issues.
Identify abnormal temperature signals instantly to enhance process safety.
In industrial heating and automation processes, an undetected broken sensor wire can lead to erroneous readings, causing control systems to make dangerous adjustments. The BSC thermocouple transmitter mitigates this risk by incorporating a highly responsive thermocouple-break detection feature. When a sensor wire is disconnected or the input circuit is unexpectedly interrupted, the device immediately activates a front-panel ALM (Alarm) LED indicator, providing technicians with clear, instant visual feedback right at the control cabinet.
