QDY30A-D-3051 Dual Flange Remote Seal Level Transmitter
QDY30A-D-3051 uses two remote diaphragm seals connected to the transmitter through capillaries. The all-welded isolated structure prevents process fluid from entering the sensing chamber while eliminating conventional impulse-line clogging, freezing and routine purging.
Remote capillary construction separates the transmitter from the process connection and provides greater flexibility for challenging installations. Standard capillary lengths of 1m, 3m, 5m and 10m are available, with custom lengths up to 20m. Stainless steel braided armor protects the capillary against mechanical damage and environmental aging.
Temperature changes along remote capillaries can influence the behavior of the internal fill fluid. QDY30A-D-3051 incorporates dedicated fill-fluid temperature compensation for dual-flange measurement, helping reduce thermal zero and span drift and maintain stable level readings under changing ambient conditions.
Working Principle Diagram
Long-term Stability:≤0.1% F.S. per year; minimizes annual recalibration downtime and maintenance cost
Thermal Zero Drift:≤0.05% F.S./℃; eliminates reading fluctuation from seasonal ambient temperature changes
Thermal Span Drift:≤0.05% F.S./℃; consistent accuracy across full operating temperature span
Static Pressure Effect:≤0.05% F.S. per 10MPa; minimal measurement error from process pressure variation
Safe Overpressure Rating:2× full scale continuous safe overload; 3× full scale burst pressure rating
Response Time:≤100ms (damping off); software-adjustable damping 0.1 ~ 32s for turbulent, foaming and fluctuating process conditions
Non-linearity Error:≤±0.075% F.S. (best fit straight line method)
Repeatability:≤0.025% F.S.; highly consistent readings under stable operating conditions
