The JXK-10-22-Z true RMS current transducer is designed around “Dual True RMS Measurement Modes,” providing selectable AC+DC and AC-only acquisition methods for different current measurement requirements. The default AC+DC mode calculates the total effective value of a signal, including both alternating and direct current components. When only the alternating component needs to be measured, AC-only mode removes the DC average before calculating its RMS value. Engineers can select the appropriate mode according to the signal characteristics and measurement definition. This flexibility is particularly useful for signals containing DC offsets, helping industrial monitoring systems obtain readings based on the intended measurement method.
The JXK-10-22-Z current transducer is designed around “Flexible Current Range Configuration,” allowing different measurement ranges to be prepared within one product platform. The product family covers current measurement requirements from 10A to 1000A, while documented resistor-based configurations include several ranges between 30A and 500A. By selecting the appropriate R8 resistor value and completing calibration through the configuration software, the transducer can be prepared for different current measurement requirements. This configurable approach helps reduce the need for separate product designs and simplifies range selection for industrial projects. It also supports more flexible product preparation when different equipment requires different current measurement ranges.
The JXK-10-22-Z true RMS current transducer is designed around “Flexible Output Configuration,” providing selectable analog and digital signal interfaces for different industrial monitoring systems. The standard version uses a 4–20mA output, while 0–10V, RS485 and CAN configurations are available according to application requirements. These output options allow the transducer to connect with conventional analog monitoring equipment or digital automation systems through the appropriate factory-configured interface. Engineers can select the required output type during product specification to match the intended control system. This flexibility supports integration into different industrial projects while reducing the need to select entirely different transmitter platforms for different signal interfaces.
