Multi-Channel Paperless Recorder
The paperless recorder brings multiple process signals together in one monitoring interface, allowing operators to view digital values, real-time curves, historical trends and bar graphs from a single instrument. Different display modes make it easier to observe current conditions while retaining process history for later review. This centralized approach is well suited to temperature, pressure, flow, level and other industrial process monitoring applications where multiple measurement points need to be recorded and compared.
Built-in non-volatile memory protects recorded process data even when an unexpected power interruption occurs. Historical records remain stored without relying on a backup battery, helping preserve important operating information for later review and analysis. With support for more than one year of continuous recording at a 1-second sampling interval, the recorder is designed for long-term industrial data logging where process history, traceability and reliable data retention are important.
Full channel-to-channel isolation helps keep multiple field measurements electrically independent inside the recorder. Each input channel uses an independent sampling circuit, with channel-to-channel crosstalk controlled to ≤-60dB, reducing the risk that one signal affects another during simultaneous acquisition. Three-way galvanic isolation between analog inputs, the power supply and the communication interface further separates the measurement system from common industrial electrical interference, supporting more dependable multi-channel recording in automation environments.
